First Choice Homes Oldham is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in supporting residents with repairs, enquiries and urgent issues.

You will work in a busy, fast-paced environment answering calls between 8am and 6pm, 37 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a strong focus on delivering a professional, helpful service.

Qualifications
