FirstPort is recruiting a Concierge to support our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager. You will be the on-site front desk contact, delivering a high standard of customer service to residents and visitors, and assisting with deliveries, queries and service requests.

You will be a well-presented communicator with experience in high-end residential settings, able to handle enquiries and maintain safety standards across the development. IOSH qualification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standards of customer service to residents and visitors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at the front desk.
• Ability to handle enquiries, queries and service requests professionally.
• Strong health and safety awareness and related training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact at the front desk for residents and visitors.
• Coordinate on-site deliveries and access arrangements.
• Manage parcels and packages daily with efficient handover and logging.
• Record faults/maintenance issues and report to the Development Manager.
• Contribute to a safe environment by monitoring security and access where needed.
