Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Day Concierge for a premium residential development in South West London. The role focuses on delivering a high level of customer service to residents and visitors, acting as the front desk contact and coordinating on-site deliveries.

The post holder will manage parcel handling and sign in/out keys, with responsibility for daily site checks. You will be well-spoken, highly presentable and capable of building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑end residential developments is required.
• You are well‑spoken, presentable and can communicate clearly with residents and visitors.
• Solid health and safety knowledge with related qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact at the front desk for residents and visitors.
• Coordinate on-site deliveries and parcel handling, ensuring secure sign‑in/out.
• Respond to queries and service requests promptly and courteously.
• Conduct daily site walks, report faults or maintenance to the Development Manager.
• Monitor security through CCTV and access controls and assist with safety issues.
