Job summary

FirstPort is recruiting a Concierge in Leeds to act as the front desk’s main point of contact, delivering a high standard of customer service to residents and visitors. You will assist with on-site deliveries, queries and service requests, under the Development Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact at the front desk.
• Provide high standard customer service to residents and visitors.
• Manage on-site bookings for access areas.
• Handle parcels and packages daily.
• Maintain development systems and protocol for deliveries and keys.
• Conduct site walk rounds and report faults.
• Investigate faults and respond to first-level complaints.
• Monitor CCTV and security access.
