Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a leading build‑to‑rent operator in Bristol to appoint a Resident Services Associate. In this role you will welcome residents, support day‑to‑day building operations and help maintain high standards across the community.

You will handle move‑ins/move‑outs, answer resident enquiries and collaborate with contractors and the lettings process to ensure a seamless resident experience. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you\'ll play a central role in creating an exceptional experience for every resident.

From welcoming new residents to supporting the day-to-day operation of the building, you\'ll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our client is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a welcoming front of house experience.
• Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs and property inspections.
• Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Managing amenity bookings, parcel handling and daily administration.
• Supporting the lettings process and resident onboarding.
• Coordinating contractors and helping maintain outstanding building standards.
• Assisting with resident events that help build a strong community.
• Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.
