Cobalt is supporting a leading Build to Rent operator in the search for a Resident Services Associate to join their on-site team in Salford

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential property, Build to Rent, PBSA, estate management, property management, lettings, or customer-focused housing environments who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The Role

As a Resident Services Associate, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and prospective tenants. About You
