You will handle move‑ins/move‑outs, answer resident enquiries and collaborate with contractors and the lettings process to ensure a seamless resident experience. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, travel, residential property or other customer‑facing environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming front of house experience and assist residents daily.
• Support move‑ins/move‑outs and property inspections.
