Rochcare is seeking an Activity Coordinator to plan and manage daily activities for residents, promoting social engagement and independence. You will collaborate with local groups to enrich experiences and support memory and mobility needs with enthusiasm and creativity.

The role requires flexibility, caring nature, and commitment to quality resident life, with full-time hours and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Formación

• Required criteria: Right to live and work in the UK
• Good English, numeracy and writing skills
• Ability to follow procedures
• A fun, creative and collaborative approach

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage own schedule, arrange daily activities and seasonal events
• Collaborate with local community groups and external activity providers
• Support residents to stay active and independent within mobility/health limits
• Use initiative to help residents succeed at familiar tasks
• Build and maintain relationships with residents and families through good communication
• Encourage physical exercise and assist with mobility using appropriate equipment
• Complete daily records documenting social engagement, activities and care

Educación

GCSE English and Maths

Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
