Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and run engaging activities for residents, tailored to individual needs and interests. You will lead groups, foster social interaction, and create memorable moments each day.

You will also mentor and train staff on how to interact with residents, promoting dignity, confidence, and expression. A caring demeanor and excellent communication are essential, with a welcoming, inclusive approach.

Qualificações

• Positive, forward-thinking attitude and ability to inspire and lead others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• Assertive yet flexible in approach.
• We have found that successful Activities Coordinators come from diverse backgrounds.
