Coniston House Care Home is seeking an Activity Coordinator to join Rochcare Ltd. You will develop and deliver a varied programme of activities for residents living with dementia, focusing on person-centred, meaningful experiences.

The role requires creativity, organisation, and ability to work independently and as part of a caring team. A driving license preferred but not essential; salary £12.92 hourly for part-time work at Coniston House.

Qualifications

• Experience in dementia care or similar setting.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate activity programmes for residents.
• Deliver group and one-to-one activities supporting health needs.
• Provide social stimulation and emotional support.
• Attend meetings and maintain records.
• Ensure health and safety policies compliance.
