Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer in Grimsby with occasional travel to Boston. You will be the main point of contact for customers during works, ensuring they receive a professional and supportive service.

This full-time, long-term temporary role requires excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills, plus a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience in customer liaison or resident liaison roles is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence; access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as main link between customers, site teams and contractors.
• Keep customers informed before, during and after works.
• Arrange appointments and access to properties.
• Respond to queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contact and feedback.
• Work closely with operational teams to provide regular updates.
• Occasionally travelling to sites in Boston.
