Job summary

Fortem are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support Capital Works and Retrofit streams in Grimsby and Boston. The role involves leading resident engagement, delivering clear communications on works scope, and acting as the main point of contact for residents and stakeholders.

You will coordinate access arrangements, resolve issues promptly, and maintain thorough documentation. A full driving licence and social housing experience are desirable for this permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident and community engagement initiatives with local communities.

• Act as main contact for residents, addressing enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate access arrangements to ensure works stay on schedule.
• Resolve access or resident issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of communications and issue resolutions for project docs.
