Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to keep residents informed and engaged before, during and after works. You will build strong relationships, respond to queries and coordinate information with project teams.

The role involves regular travel across Scotland, visiting properties, communicating programme dates, managing complaints, and supporting residents to understand schedules while maintaining safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in resident-facing, customer service or similar roles.
• Experience in construction, housing, property, facilities management or related environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact for residents throughout the lifecycle of works.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely information regarding planned works, programme dates and access requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and maintain trust and confidence throughout the project.
• Identify resident concerns early and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Communicate changes to programmes or planned activities promptly.
• Ensure residents understand what to expect before, during and after works to their property.
• Record and follow up resident queries and concerns through to resolution.
• Arrange and participate in resident information meetings and updates.
• Support residents in understanding project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor outstanding matters and escalate when needed.
• Report hazards or environmental concerns to management.
