Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer for our Glasgow-based role, with regular travel across Scotland. You will keep residents informed before, during and after construction works, building strong relationships and handling queries to minimise disruption.

The successful candidate will coordinate information with project teams, respond to queries, and ensure residents understand expected schedules and milestones.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal contact for residents throughout works.
• Provide clear information on planned works, dates and access.
• Build professional relationships with residents and maintain trust.
• Identify concerns early and coordinate action with project teams.
• Communicate programme changes promptly and clearly.
• Ensure residents understand expectations before, during and after works.
• Record and follow up queries to resolution.
• Escalate significant issues to management as needed.
