Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Planner to support renewable energy installation programmes. You will coordinate site activities, maintain project records and provide clear progress reporting to keep projects on programme.

The role involves managing schedules across multiple live projects, preparing documentation, assisting with tenders and funding reporting, and working closely with Project Managers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or administration.
• Experience in construction, installation, engineering, property, retrofit or renewable energy would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules across multiple live renewable energy programmes.
• Maintain and regularly update programme schedules with changes, delays and completions.
• Prepare, issue and track job packs with required documentation and compliance information.
• Support Project Managers with data, reports and administrative packs for client meetings.
• Escalate issues and liaise with surveyors, installers and contractors as needed.
