Job summary

RG Setsquare in London is seeking 2 Resident Liaison Officers to manage resident concerns during planned maintenance works for a London Housing Contractor. You will act as the main point of contact for residents across multiple boroughs and private housing clients, guiding them through project activities and schedules.

The role requires coordinating access, communicating safety protocols, supporting residents during disruptions, and providing clear feedback to site teams to ensure smooth project

• Resident Care: Identifying vulnerabilities, resolving complaints, and supporting residents throughout projects.
• Reporting: Maintaining records of interactions and providing feedback to site teams.

Job description

I am currently in need of 2 Resident Liaison Officers for a London Housing Contractor. The projects they are undertaking are a mixture of internal and external works within various London Councils such as Hackney, Islington, Redbridge, Sutton and Hammersmith as well as private housing association clients.

The Candidate - will be acting as the main point of contact, managing resident concerns during the planned maintenance works.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus vehicle with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
