Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a social housing provider in Redruth. This field-based role requires regular travel across your area, covering Redruth and surrounding regions.

You will be the visible face of the organisation, delivering an accessible service to homeowners and tenants. You will spend much of your time out in your patch, meeting residents, building relationships and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and relationship abilities.
• Experience in the same or a similar role.
• Ability to plan and manage workload with minimal supervision.

I am looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a social housing provider with properties across Redruth. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across your designated area, covering Redruth and the surrounding areas.

As a visible presence within the neighbourhoods, you will be the face of the organisation, providing an accessible service to both homeowners and tenants.

Working in a mobile way, you will spend much of your time out in your patch, meeting residents, building relationships, and resolving issues.

Requirements for the Resident Liaison Officer

• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and relationship building abilities.
• Experience in the same/ similar role.
