Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy social housing refurbishment programme on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be the main contact for residents, keeping them informed and supported throughout works.

The role involves liaising with residents before, during and after works, providing regular updates, handling queries and maintaining accurate records through site visits and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or similar.
• Experience within social housing, refurbishment or maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, organised and proactive approach.

Resident Liaison Officer – Temp to Perm

• £21.41 per hour (Umbrella)
• 3–6 month temporary contract with a view to permanent
• Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer / Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy housing and refurbishment programme on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will act as the key point of contact for residents throughout works, ensuring they are kept informed, supported and engaged from start to finish.

The role will include:

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works
• Providing regular updates and managing resident expectations
• Dealing with queries, concerns and complaints professionally
• Carrying out resident visits and keeping accurate records

You must have:
