Job summary

Hill McGlynn is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support two Brighton-based construction projects. You will act as the main contact for residents, ensuring clear information flow and support throughout the works.

The role requires building strong relationships with residents, clients and project teams, managing communications, and visiting sites to maintain records and address concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Resident Liaison, Tenant Liaison or similar role within construction/refurbishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with professionalism.
• Strong administrative skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for residents throughout two Brighton-based projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders.
• Inform residents of upcoming works, programmes, access requirements and potential disruption.
• Provide clear, timely communication on project activities and progress.
• Record communications and conduct regular resident visits.
• Respond to enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Project Teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate and address resident concerns appropriately.
