Job summary

Tradeline Recruitment is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer for a permanent role based in London. You will be the main contact for residents, keeping them informed and supporting community relations during live construction works.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or social housing, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills to manage enquiries and maintain records. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role.
• Experience in construction, refurbishment or social housing helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and approachable manner.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project.
• Inform residents about upcoming works, access requirements and programme changes.
• Carry out resident visits and maintain regular communication.
• Address queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve issues.
• Support residents affected by the works.
• Maintain accurate records of resident communication and enquiries.
• Assist with newsletters, notices and other resident communications.
• Build positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer service.
