Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support our Capital contract across Greater Manchester and Lancashire. You will be the main contact for residents and on-site teams, coordinating communications about upcoming renovations and completion.

Applicants should have prior experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence. A car allowance is included in the stated salary.

Formación

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer is preferred.
• A proven ability to build relationships with residents and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams regarding works.
• Maintain records and produce reports on customer satisfaction and progress.
• Communicate internal and external updates about renovations and completion.
• Resolve problems and complaints promptly and professionally.
