Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support our Capital contract in Greater Manchester and Lancashire. You will be the first contact for residents and site teams, guiding communications about renovation works from start to finish.

You will maintain records, generate reports on customer satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth progress and alignment with the contract deliverables. A full UK driving licence is essential for site visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Officer and/or Social Value Officer preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams/contractors.
• Communicate updates about renovation works, progress, and completion to residents and stakeholders.
• Maintain electronic records and produce reports on customer satisfaction and progress.
• Proactively resolve problems and complaints with contractors and residents, in line with contract deliverables.
