Job summary

Retirement Villages Group seeks a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the village estate, grounds, and housekeeping. You will lead Estates Operatives and contractors, ensuring safe, clean and welcoming facilities for residents and staff.

The role focuses on compliant operations, preventative maintenance, and strong customer service within a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above qualification in Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience managing estates, buildings or residential facilities.
• IOSH Managing Safely and Legionella awareness certification.
• Practical knowledge of fire, water and building safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the village's property, grounds and housekeeping services.
• Lead Estates Operatives and contractors to maintain buildings and grounds.
• Deliver PPM programmes within budget and manage procurement.
• Ensure health, safety and fire alarm systems are compliant.

RVG is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee our property, grounds maintenance and housekeeping services, ensuring that our beautiful village remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors.In this hands-on role, you will work as part of the Village Management Team to uphold the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.
