Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main contact for clients and residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, clients, contractors and managing agents.
• Keep residents informed about works, timescales, access requirements and project updates.
• Liaise with site teams and internal departments to communicate resident needs.
• Assist with pre-construction arrangements, including access, licences and council requirements.
• Prepare and distribute weekly notices, letters and monthly newsletters to residents.
• Attend regular progress meetings.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify issues early.
• Assist with project documentation and quality assurance records.
