Approach Personnel Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer on a temporary contract to work primarily in the community, visiting residents and coordinating access for contractors. You will be the main link between the project team and residents, ensuring information flows clearly and concerns are heard.

This field‑based role requires proactive communication and logging interactions, while arranging surveys or contractor visits to support retrofit works.

Resident Liaison Officer - Bristol

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, regional, retrofit social housing contractor, who are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join them on a temporary, contract based position across Bristol.

This is a field-based role - you will spend around 95% of your time out in the community, visiting residents, delivering information and arranging access for contractors. You'll act as the key point of contact between the project team and local residents, ensuring people are informed, heard and supported throughout the works.

The role has a start date of Monday the 26th of October and we will be paying up-to 19ph for the right individual.
