Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to run an autonomous business unit, taking overall responsibility for the property's operations, team, daily activities, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.

You will lead the team by example, building a vibrant, safe and welcoming community our residents enjoy. Collaborate with marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong reporting.

Qualifications

Experience driving leasing performance in property management.
Proven leadership to recruit, guide and evaluate a team.
Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant regulations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
