Job summary

Greystar is seeking a senior property operations leader for the Chapter Old Street site in London. You will run an autonomous business unit, overseeing daily activities, team members, and resources to hit budgeted financial and operational goals while building a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for residents.

You will lead a multi-role team (Front of House, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping), drive revenue and occupancy, manage budgets, compliance, and stakeholder communications, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management and multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management.
• Budgeting, P&L oversight and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety policies; IOSH/NEBOSH a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by upholding core values and guiding the team.
• Leads the team to deliver exceptional resident experiences and occupancy targets.
• Shape local marketing and leasing strategies using market data to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotions are effectively executed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and report performance data.
