Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site property management operations, directing teams to meet and exceed budgeted financial and performance goals. You will implement policies and practices across the portfolio, drive occupancy and revenue, and collaborate with central teams to align on strategy and execution.

The role requires senior leadership experience in property management, strong financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience leading multi-site operations.
• Strong financial performance management and budgeting skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of UK tenancy/property legislation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property management operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop budgets and reforecasting for the portfolio and analyse financials.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure operational, financial and business performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Define procurement requirements for operating supplies and services.
• Lead hiring, training and performance management of the team.
• Maintain property standards via inspections and capital planning.
