Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to engage with communities, relay project information, and support effective communications between residents, contractors and clients. The role emphasizes discretion, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills in a public-facing environment.

Ideally you have experience in contractor or client-side liaison roles within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management, and you are capable of building strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement roles preferred.
• Resilient under pressure; discreet and respectful in public-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents and communities to convey project information.
• Support liaison between contractors, clients and local stakeholders.
• Assist in asset management communications and coordination during planned/reactive works.

Qualifications

With the confidence to manage sometimes difficult situations, as Resident Liaison Officer you will be a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. We are ideally looking for somebody who has worked for a Contractor or in a client-side resident liaison / community engagement role, preferably within planned / reactive maintenance or asset management. You will be resilient under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public facing role.
