Job summary

Equans is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer in Leeds to maintain clear communication with residents during construction and regeneration projects. You will support residents before, during and after works, manage the resident journey and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will also run consultation events, inductions and resident profiling, coordinating access and providing practical support as required. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and GDPR compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service based role.
• Previous resident liaison experience within construction or social housing.
• Familiarisation with GDPR regulations.
• Computer literate in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to residents before, during and after works.
• Manage the customer/resident journey following client and company procedures.
• Develop relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and local stakeholders.
• Organise and deliver resident consultation events and inductions.
• Complete resident profiling and discuss with the client’s care team where appropriate.
• Agree access arrangements and book appointments for work at residents’ homes.
• Organise support needs such as packing boxes, dust sheets, storage.
