Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service
• Building strong relationships with residents, university partners, and local stakeholders

• Managing tenancy administration, maintenance requests, and resident communications
• Conducting property viewings and converting enquiries into bookings
• Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and seasonal peak periods
• Supporting rent collection activities and promoting tenancy renewals
• Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Contributing to the overall success, occupancy, and resident satisfaction of the property
