Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for 15 hours per week with weekend work. You will plan and deliver activities to delight residents in our dementia, nursing, and residential homes while supporting fundraising and team involvement.

The role requires a background with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a kind, respectful approach to residents and colleagues. Safeguarding training is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Background with vulnerable individuals preferred.
• Excellent planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Strong communication with residents and co-workers.
• Safeguarding training will be provided/required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run activities that delight residents.
• Support Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage socialisation and community engagement.
• Coordinate with care home staff to involve the team.
