Job summary

Peregrine House in Tottenham is seeking a committed Activities Coordinator for 25 hours per week to plan and organise engaging activities for all residents. The role requires a flexible approach to accommodate outings and events, ensuring residents receive maximum benefit.

You will support residents' social, intellectual and spiritual well-being through activity, assisting in the implementation of individual and group activities to promote aspirations. A caring, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in activity coordination or care-home programming is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage residents across a range of ages and needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise daytime and evening activities for all residents.
• Support social, intellectual and spiritual well-being through varied activities.
• Coordinate outings and events to maximise resident engagement and enjoyment.
• Maintain records of activities and participation in line with Home policies.
• Support staff and maintain high levels of teamwork within the home.
