Job summary

GMCA’s Greater Manchester Remediation Delivery Team invites applications for Resident Engagement Officers to support residents in buildings undergoing fire safety remediation. You’ll provide advice, signpost information, and connect residents with housing providers and authorities to address concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident engagement or community development.
• Public sector engagement experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, guidance and signposting to residents.
• Build positive relationships with resident groups and stakeholders.
• Develop clear and accessible communications and engagement materials.
• Support resident meetings, events and consultation activities.
• Monitor resident feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with housing providers, local authorities, government agencies and industry partners to address concerns and improve outcomes.
