Location: Enfield, Greater London (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,423 to £42,000 per Annum

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Alongside our general needs provisions we offer essential supported living accommodation and services for young people, helping them to achieve independent living and a bright future. We are seeking a dedicated Resident Involvement Manager to join our team in Enfield. Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fostering a positive relationship between residents and Christian Action Housing Association, ensuring that residents' voices are heard.
• Implement a strategic plan to meet the lessons learnt from the TSM and other regulatory feedback including complaints report.
• Build a forum to gather feedback from residents regarding their concerns, suggestions, and ideas to co-create services to improve community and implement effective scrutiny.
• Maintain records of resident involvement, feedback, and engagement activities for reporting on agreed key performance indicators and the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM’s)
• Collaborate with other departments, community organizations, and key stakeholders to create opportunities for resident empowerment and community improvement
• Regularly review and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance relating to tenant engagement and about us pages and effectively manage the tenant portal.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in community engagement preferably within a residential, complex customer facing regulatory or social housing setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Understanding of community engagement principles and best practices
