Role Overview

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of the ServiceNow projects we deliver to our clients.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Initiation:

1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Identify project stakeholders and gather requirements.
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Management:

1. Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.
2. Monitor team performance and provide necessary training.
3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

1. Lead project meetings and status calls.
2. Coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
3. Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Risk, Issues and Change Requests:

1. Identify and manage project risks and issues.
2. Document and manage change requests according to defined processes.

Quality Assurance:

1. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
2. Conduct regular reviews and audits of project activities.
3. Implement corrective actions as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

1. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
2. Document project outcomes and lessons learned.
3. Maintain project management software tools and ensure timely updates.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
2. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
3. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

Transition to Operations:

1. Oversee the transition of completed projects to operational teams.
2. Ensure smooth handover and support for ongoing maintenance.

Experience and Skills

1. 5 – 7 year's experience in project management
2. Desirable but not essential is project managing risk and / or HR projects.
