Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Concierge for Fleet Hall Care Home in Fleet. You will create a positive first impression by greeting visitors and answering calls, while delivering high-quality service to residents.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills, with prior customer service experience preferred. DBS checks will be covered by Avery. This on-site position contributes to a caring, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• DBS disclosure check funded by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Previous customer service experience is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and direct them as needed, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handle resident requests and queries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Complete administrative duties as required.
