Job summary

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills, with prior customer service experience preferred. DBS checks will be covered by Avery. This on-site position contributes to a caring, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• DBS disclosure check funded by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Previous customer service experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them as needed, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handle resident requests and queries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Complete administrative duties as required.

We're now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Concierge - Bank at Fleet Hall Care Home in Fleet.

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting
visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.

About you

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
