Avery Healthcare is seeking a welcoming Concierge for Fleet Hall Care Home in Fleet. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors, answering calls, and delivering high-quality service to residents.

You will greet visitors, direct them, monitor the Bistro, and handle resident requests while completing essential administrative tasks. DBS disclosure will be required and proof of eligibility to work in the UK must be provided.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents. Other responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.


• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.


• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.


• Completing administrative duties as required.
