Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing in a supportive, nurse-led setting while mentoring colleagues and students.

You’ll use clinical judgment to guide residents and families through decisions in a respectful, dignified manner. With safeguarding at the core, you will uphold professional standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in a nurse-led environment.
• Mentor and supervise students and junior staff.
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication with residents and families.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and follow training and escalation procedures.
