Job summary

Hutchinson Care Homes in Northern Ireland is seeking a Staff Nurse for maternity cover to deliver compassionate nursing care and manage care plans. You will work with residents, families and the healthcare team to provide high-quality care, monitoring health status and ensuring safety.

The role requires RN qualification, current NMC registration and previous nursing home experience. The package includes training, private health insurance, pension, and onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and RN qualification.
• Experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in elderly care or vulnerable adults is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents, including medications, treatments and therapies.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans with residents, families and team.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medical conditions and progress.
• Ensure dignity, privacy and respect in all interactions.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to provide high standards of care.
• Attend training and participate in duties as directed by management.
