HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You will support the Home Manager with events and tailor activities to individual interests, fostering social interaction and wellbeing. We value a warm, energetic personality, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to work well with colleagues and Residents.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals.
• Brilliant, positive energy and ability to get along with people.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Safeguarding training and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight Residents across care categories.
• Help Home Manager organise essential fundraising events.
• Encourage Residents to socialise and participate in activities.
• Use technology to support activity planning and recording.
