Job summary

MSV Housing is seeking an Access Enforcement Officer to secure access to our properties, enabling essential repairs, safety inspections and regulatory compliance. You will engage with residents, visit properties, collect evidence and support enforcement actions with colleagues across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Confident communication and problem-solving in a customer-facing role.
• Experience from housing, repairs, compliance, enforcement or similar service environment.
• GCSEs in English and Maths, full UK driving licence, CPD relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to resolve access issues and explain landlord requirements.
• Carry out property visits, deliver notices, gather evidence and record outcomes.
• Support access for essential repairs, gas/electrical servicing and fire safety works.
• Assist with enforcement cases by collating evidence and witness statements.
• Collaborate with Case Management Officers, legal teams, contractors and external agencies while maintaining records.
