MossCare St. Vincent's Housing Group Limited (MSV) is seeking a proactive Access Enforcement Paralegal to manage cases from referral to resolution.

You will support pre-action activity, injunctions, warrants and court proceedings, coordinating with the Solicitor and operational teams to progress cases efficiently. You will ensure voluntary access where possible, monitor deadlines, and help MSV meet regulatory responsibilities across safety, repairs and housing compliance, while maintaining

Formación

• Education to A-Level standard or equivalent through experience.
• Paralegal, CILEX, law degree, LPC, SQE or housing qualification desirable.
• Experience in legal, housing, compliance or case management environments.
• Strong evidence gathering and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and case management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Manage access enforcement cases from referral through to resolution, ensuring cases are prioritised and progressed in line with legal requirements.
• Diary, monitor and comply with key dates and deadlines.
• Prepare and progress pre-action correspondence and communications.
• Support court proceedings, including injunctions, warrants and court actions, collating documentation and evidence.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to achieve voluntary access wherever possible.
• Support compliance and safety responsibilities, including housing and health/safety matters.
• Maintain accurate case records and drive improvements in deadlines, costs and trends.
