Job summary

MossCare St. Vincent's Housing Group Limited in Manchester is seeking an Access Enforcement Officer to help secure access to properties for essential repairs, safety inspections and compliance activities.

You'll engage with residents, visit properties, gather evidence and support lawful enforcement, working with Case Management Officers, legal teams and contractors while upholding health and safety, safeguarding and data protection.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics required.
• CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or related housing qualification preferred.
• Experience in housing, repairs, compliance, enforcement or similar service.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience visiting properties and supporting vulnerable customers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to resolve access issues and explain landlord requirements.
• Carry out property visits, deliver notices, gather evidence and record outcomes.
• Support compliance by securing access for repairs, servicing, and safety works.
• Assist enforcement by collating evidence and providing witness statements.
• Work with Case Management Officers, legal teams, contractors and external agencies while following health and safety and data protection rules.
