De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel are recruiting for a Reservations Supervisor to join the team on a full time basis.

As a Reservations Supervisor you will assist with our guests booking experience, leading by example to help support and guide your colleagues working in the department to maximise revenue opportunities. You will respond to enquiries and help to secure guest bookings through providing exceptional service over the telephone and via email. You will input all reservations in to our booking system ensuring everything is recorded accurately and help to upsell additional items for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

In return the role offers £26,070 per year with excellent benefits

Your skills and experience:

• You have experience in a similar role ideally from within the hospitality or tourism industry
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to positively respond to all guest enquiries
• You have the ability to upsell through an intuitive approach, making recommendations to enhance the guests stay and generate additional revenue, whether it be a spa treatment or dinner reservation
• Your eye for detail ensures every detail is considered and information is accurately recorded on our booking systems
• Most of all, you have a warm, friendly and genuine approach to positively represent De Vere and ensure everyone feels welcome
