Job summary

Four Seasons UK Collection is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the reservations department at London Park Lane. You will ensure accurate inventory, warm guest interactions, and seamless coordination with other departments to deliver the Four Seasons standard of personalised service.

The role requires prior luxury hotel reservations experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel reservations environment.
• Strong leadership and developing others.
• Ability to build thoughtful guest relationships.
• Excellent communication and confident telephone manner.
• Detail oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Strong systems knowledge with hotel PMS.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operation of the reservations department.
