Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms, reflecting the elegance and care that define Four Seasons.

Working with a professional team, you will respond to guest requests, report maintenance concerns, and uphold Four Seasons values while delivering outstanding service. Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided.

The role:

As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping our guests’ experience. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring each space reflects the elegance, care, and attention to detail that define Four Seasons.

Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will contribute to an environment where guests feel at home, relaxed, and exceptionally well cared for.

What You Will Do:

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times

• Report maintenance concerns or lost property accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organised trolley and housekeeping areas

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other hotel departments

• Uphold Four Seasons values, professionalism, and service excellence consistently

What you bring:

• Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided
