Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join our team. You will support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department, maintain cleanliness, replenish supplies, and respond to guest requests in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of spoken English.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

• Professional presentation and guest focused approach.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas throughout the hotel.
• Stock linen rooms and housekeeping storage areas with clean linen and supplies.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Support Room Attendants by moving furniture, beds, and other items when required.
• Transport linen, amenities, and housekeeping equipment throughout the hotel.
• Respond to housekeeping and guest requests efficiently.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and departmental tasks as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Support the Housekeeping team in delivering Four Seasons standards at all times.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team.

The role

As a Housekeeping Porter, you will support the day to day operation of the Housekeeping department, helping to maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency of the hotel.

You will be responsible for supporting Room Attendants, replenishing supplies, maintaining public areas, and responding to guest requests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is happy working in a physically active environment.

What You Will Do
