Job summary

Grantley Hall is seeking a proactive hospitality professional to handle incoming enquiries for rooms, restaurants, and the spa, ensuring prompt, professional responses and a high standard of guest service.

You will coordinate guest stays, capture requests, build profile preferences, and upsell additional facilities and packages to convert enquiries into bookings, all while upholding Grantley Hall values and service excellence.
